TCS resignation query
Hi Everyone ,
I recently submitted my resignation at TCS. Currently, I am working as a Salesforce Developer at TCS. I am considering reaching out to my Manager and HR to discuss the possibility of withdrawing my resignation if they can change my tech stack to 'Java Full Stack.'
Do you think this is possible, and how should I approach drafting this email?

Salesforce is a niche technology, don't withdraw resignation
I agree that Salesforce is a niche technology, but it’s also a low-code platform. In the early years of my career, I want to focus on developing my coding and technical skills more extensively. Additionally, the companies I’m targeting—such as HashedIn by Deloitte, Oracle, and State Street—don’t actively hire for Salesforce Developer roles, which is another factor influencing my decision.

There is more demand for Salesforce. I would request you to rethink . You can work with Salesforce org directly.

One of my friend was working on Salesforce at 5LPA in TCS, recieved 17 LPA package outside. Just FYI
Thanks for sharing . But even though I am on notice period Iam receiving very few interview calls . And the companies I want to work for , either don’t hire Salesforce devs or don’t have any openings for them . This made me think it would be better if I was a Salesforce developer.
