TCS Resignation
Can someone help me, how I can give resignation acceptance mail to my next employer. My resignation is accepted by my manager and is pending with HR currently.
Any help would be a great help.
FYI - I didn't get any automated mail after the separation process was initiated by my Manager.
following.. My next employer is expecting resignation acceptance mail to have Date of leaving and with Company name. Bt Hr confirmed will receive system generated email only after 30 days of resignation.
For now I only have "Initiated" reply email from my manager.. Bt next employer is not accepting that
What I did is took ss of my resignation mail, and if you search separation on Ultimatix you will be able to see the status that you manager has initiated separation approved and all, in next tab there some exit questions there last working day is also mentioned, so I combined these 3 things and shared.
Ask your TCs friend to send mail to u as your resignation is accepted
U only know that he is ur frined no HR so u can send ss
It takes 30 days to get the resignation acceptance email.
You can share an ss of the teams chat highlighting the designation of manager or HR confirming the release.
Or
Like another member highlighted you can share the ss with a colleague stating your resignation has been accepted and LWD is XYZ date with a disclaimer that states this is the pre acceptance email and final acceptance email will be send 30 days after your day 0 email to your tcs and personal email ID.
Just take the screenshot of ur mail in which manager mail and hr mail is visible . I guess that would be enough .
You may kindly speak with your HR , seeking your next employer is asking . They wil send it to your personal email id
