Tcs resignation
I work In tcs resigned on Jan 2026 and I have my backup ready. My notice period is 90 days. All of sudden getting calls from other projects that I am available. So here I have two months to cover as notice period. So manager is trying to release me early. So what are risk? Are they trying to save money by making me to leave. So they can only pay only basic salary. But my financial planned for 90days
Yes managers are cheap, they will get rid of you soon to save on the attrition %.... if you want to get out this is good opportunity on bench they release you in 2 weeks... but if you want to serve all 3 months raise a grievance and make sure your compliant is recorded
Should I need to escalate on head hr on this?
Don't think much, you are done, don't accept projects, looks for better offer and move on, you will get full salary
