Hi, My UAN is not active, and I'm unable to do so because the date of birth present in the uan account is not matching my adhar card dob. Tcs hr told me to upload the previous employment details within 48 hours but to update the details in the uan account takes around 30 days. Does tcs still consider my candidature after knowing this ?

I also faced the same issue while joining TCS from Infosys 2 years back. I sent a mail to the regional HR Head and she told me to join TCS and on my DOJ they will consider my candidature . On my DOJ I told the HR panel that I didn't have UAN card. They provide me 1 week time but I said I require minimum 30 days then they asked me to sent out a detailed email on what is my issue. I did the same and I provided my UAN 1 month later to the HR . I didn't face any issue or didn't receive any follow up mail from HR asking my UAN but I submitted it to be on the safer side.
