TCS recruitment is pathetic

So, in last 2 years I made it through the interview process 3 times but sadly the final round or the salary negotiation has always been a poor experience.

During the first 2 instances they were not ready to give even 20% hike

And this time they couldn’t even match the current CTC.

I didn’t even ask for a hike this time as I understand it has been 10 months since I switched but if you are not even going match the CTC than the whole process was a waste of time and information for me. I will not only just not apply in near future but also going to remove my data from their portal.
