With context of recent TCS Layoffs and Resignations all over the news. Can anyone from TCS tell Employee of what grade mainly are targetted/victim and what Salary Range?

Major layoffs are for higher grade like C3A and above. But this has impacted all, like tactics are involved to eliminate junior grades also, by not giving project allocation and made them to sit for more than 35 days and forced resignation and lot more is going inside.
