TCS QVA 50% for C3A,40% for C3B,30% for C4.

If you RTO is 85% or more in Q1, you would probably have got the above percentage of your QVA. It may be different in different units, but within same unit it will have similar pattern followed

How to check percentage

Check the performance bonus amount in your compensation letter.
Divide that amount by 4, to check the qtrly amt

You should have received that amount, if your IOU has given 100% QVA. Check how much out of that amount did you actually got this time for Q1
