TCS quarter variable pay is just 10 to 30 percent for >=C3A. Nearly 10 to 15% of the CTC is wiped out. With inflation, how r u managing?

One of the Biggest scams of all time that goes unnoticed. I got 15% hike on top of my previous CTC from TCS after switch and here it’s being wiped out like this. So, technically no hike at all and this seems to be like that forever.

You are correct ... Mine hike also wiped out like this.... Now regretting my decision to join tcs
