TCS putting associates in PIP. I have proof of that with email also. TCS is changed totally.
Yesterday I had a discussion with one team member He got mail of PIP from HR and last date of PIP is mid of december and also he sent me mail screenshot.

Yes, PIP is serious. If your colleague is on PIP, they need to improve performance quickly. If things don't get better, they might need to consider other job options.
