
TCS promotion from C3A to C3B. Is it worth it to take the promotion or it's ok to continue with C3A. Percentage hike? What will change after

No use best is to move out of TCS

You will find issue in getting allocation as well as you will be an expensive resource No variable as well

15 %Hike and there is no use of promotion
Quarterly variable on 20 % only

C3B and above don't get properly QVA and they face allocation issues after a/c release..
Yet you want to go to C3B?


Current situation already you know no use for promotion, no hike also and even C3A also not getting performance bonus then think how C3B people will get it ? As per current scenario if people are getting high salary , their job will be risk only and if people with higher role also , their job will be risk. If luck , we can survive. People are surviving to live and for that only earning. Corporate IT going worst situation.
