TCS promotion C1 to C2

Any idea about the promotion letter release date? I've been trying since 1 year and everytime my manager says it's initiated and gets nothing in the end. This time as well he told me the same thing, I wanted to know the release date so that I can plan my resignation accordingly.

I suggest let's write a mail to the new management and ask them publicly the promotion details . Let's involve the media too and expose the so-called managers and their management. But eventually we all will have to move out of the comfort zone .
