Tcs project 3 yrs bond

Am in rmg and a specific project is asking for 3 yrs bond. Can I leave the company in between these bond ?

project is asking 3 years bind strange as i know only for freshers they will ask bond for organisation not project that too for 1 year or 2 years by the way are you a fresher? Your experience?

There is no such bond . They will not ask you to sign any document as such in bond. It's usually practice to ask freshers to work for an account for minimum 3 years as they have to train on niche skill.

Just check what technology they are working on it must be some legacy niche skill
