Tcs Prime Projects and CTC

Can anyone currently working in the TCS Prime (Innovator) role share accurate information about the in-hand salary for a 9 LPA package? I'm seeing a wide range of figures online, from ₹57K to ₹77K per month, and would like to understand what’s realistic. I’m also considering an offer from Infosys for the Specialist Programmer (SP) role with a 9.5 LPA package, but the in-hand seems lower (around ₹55K monthly) due to a significant portion being variable pay. Could you also share your experience with TCS Prime’s work culture— the kind of projects ? First-hand insights would be very helpful in making an informed decision.Interviewing actively for startups also.
