TCS plays badly with my career
Long post alert Joined tcs in jan22 as C3B... worked for US client for year... after completing 1 yr stopped policy of anniversary appraisal... then due to ramp down released and on bench for 2 months... RMG given C band even though ipf4.5..only 300 rs hike... then got UK retail client as PO.. worked just for 5 month and in appraisal given D band even though having multiple client appreciation emails... rejected band but nothing changed...moved to bench from May 24...started preparing for interview....in Jun 24 got appraisal letter with deduction of monthly and quarterly variable pay... today's salary recovered last 2 months variable pay as well
Got offer with 60% hike all fixed CTC and flexibility of WFH as product manager ... resigned yesterday and released in 5 days.. next week last day
Lesson learned - Believe on God by doing interview preparation along with upskilling.. don't go in internal policies which here is lot
Possible be on bench as now companies want early joiners

Exactly same thing happened to me, still looking for a job outside. How you got early release? Did hr helped in getting early release?

Very toxic environment,no ethics,no rules to leads and managers.Threatening the employees by reducing salary.Any legal case will work out on salary reduction?
Same thing happened with me, my career got ruined after joining tcs
