TCS won't give Termination letter, that is the last resort. They may force you the same but with different "pinkish" names. But thru emails they will give some hints that you are the target for cessation.
Even after people getting allocations, their respective allocations are getting wiped off, by giving some nonsense reason and they are forced to quit the organization. #ByeByeTata
