Tcs pf withdrawal

Hi folks,

Does anyone know how many times we can withdraw tcs pf by giving family health issue reasons of < 2 YOE Folks , financial condition of one of my friend is not good need money so instead of taking loan i suggested him that he shud utilise that amount , he previously have withdrawn, but before doing now Just need few suggestions . do they asks for doc 's > 1 time withdraw ?
