TCS Performance Band

Associate work in project A from April 2023 to 15th Feb 2024 and get IPF rating . Same associate will work for Project B from 15th Feb 2024 to rest of the 2024. So in that case ,from which project associate will get a performance band .

I think, band should come from Project B which takes the reference from Project A ipf performance rating .

Can anyone thorough some lights on this please .

Project A . To get performance band from a project you need to be part of the project for atleast 60 days .

So, Project A will be giving you band only issue is once you leave the project I don’t know how much you ex manager will be interested to give you too band
