How much does TCS pay for 10 yrs experience when he/she goes to onsite via H1B? Grade : C3A (Automation Testing). Current package: 15 LPA (INR).

We need to exclude State TAX, the cost of living, medical insurance, travel expenses also. I assume with this 77k we cannot save anything there. Better to switch to a high paying company in India itself.
