Tcs pay revision

Hi all, I just want to know if TCS is still considering pay revision? I could see all the EPs joined recently having more than double salary compared to "Loyal" employees working here since years.

Is there any way other that TCS can consider the pay revision of any employee?

Nobody gets a high salary by being loyal.

Those who got double salary left their company. If you want a high salary, you too need to switch.

In Simple...

You should be a slave to TCS.

No other benefits...

Always do fantasy to the manager and PLs... So that will get some peanuts...

Earn more: Don't stay here... Move out.

Literally TCS management expecting people to move out of volunteer resignation.

One more thing never ever compare tcs to government organisations...

TCS Job security is scam...

No, I've been in TCS for 12 years and I'm on Band 3, recently a lead was hired and he's on Band 4. Loyalty doesn't pay anything except for providing security and tenure in your career.

Hi, can you tell me what would be the salary range if one continues in tcs for 10+ years and gets a B band continuously. Just curious to know.

Depends on what package you were hired. I've been an average performer for most of my tenure - C rater until I turned things around in 2017 - since then mostly A and a rare B, my package has grown from X amount to 3X in 10 years with just 2 significant band changes. If you're a fresher with a good package, you can easily survive in the economy provided you don't fall into CC and PL debt. After 12 years, I can say that I afford my house loan EMI which is ₹55k a month.

TCS don’t care about hardworking people because manager are no having proper skills and domain knowledge And they are talking about business ethics

Try to clear Wings 1/2/3 for pay revision.

That also has a cap. If your pay is already high, it'll be like one extra appraisal amount being credited to you temporarily unless you complete the entire Wings 1 & Wings 2 curriculum. There's no Wing 3.

No way, they just try to convince you with Promotion or onsite opportunity.. I have fallen under same trap. If you've better offer, exit
