TCS or LTI MindTree?
Current CTC in TCS is 18.5 LPA with no hikes and c band from last 3 years due to frequent project changes. Now I have a relevant project with a good role in TCS and at the same time I have a mind tree offer with 25LPA...Pls suggest switching is a good idea ?
Simply leave there should not be any doubt....TCS is becoming worst day by day...Right time to leave
C means you lost next two years as you will be ineligible for promotions. You will reach 25 lakhs in TCS after 7 years..
Even if you put the extra 7L every year in a recurring deposit for 7 years think about the returns you may get.
Forget the project.. move on and get personal growth
Switch as c band has ruined your chances for promotions any time soon.. hike is good at this time... take it
