TCS or Infosys?
I have an offer from Infosys for Java Spring Boot Senior Developer role, and am in the last month of notice. I got a call from my Delivery Partner, saying they want to retain me. I am a digital C1 joined in 2023. What should I do?

Go for Infosys, don't believe these DP, they will keep you now only for band curve fitment or to be part of future fluidity list. You have offer now go for it and make your life a little better then this daily mess
Get retained in TCS and then get laid off once your usefulness is over and meanwhile suffer no wfh, office hrs, dress code policy, d band threat, salary reduction. Infosys on the other hand gives wfh, has ethical work culture, no formal dress code, no hrs tracking, no layoffs, no d band salary reduction.
Blindly go for Infosys
