But tcs has good perks

TCS has more social life, events,fun activities.. Infosys has good projects with good coding practices

Simple, if you are in your early days in the software industry and you wanna learn big join Infosys. I don't know about TCS.

If you like WFH then Infosys is good

Infosys has only 20 leaves per year, 20 earned. No casual, no sick leaves
