So i have been waiting for TCS for like 8 months now no news still. So what is your advice wait and go for tcs or a product based startup (very small) focused on AR/VR.

Let the small ones and startup stew their own soup. Join a startup only if there is no other choice or you get to join them as founder or at leadership position. Learn to manage risk. We have to pay our bills not them.
But like in Tcs will i get to learn. Also the package is 3.35. The other one I can learn for sure, package is yet to discuss
