Guys, onsite Jane ke baad 2 salaries aati hai ya sirf TCS salary aati hai? How much difference does it really make? OR should I just switch n be in India ??

It totally depends on what visa you went there. Visa 400 for Australia is for 3 months where TCS give both salaries India and Onshore. Visa 482 which is for Temporary deputation and for 2 years duration where you get only onshore salary.
