TCS onsite opportunity

Hi I have joined tcs in March 2024 and currently in a UK insurance client. I am holding 8 YOE and working as a backend Jaba developer. Just wanted to know how's the chances of going to onsite because I heard a lot about TCS for onsite opportunity. And what you guys suggest me to get the opportunity?

No onsite until next few yrs unless there is critical requirement which only you can fulfill
