I recently received an onsite offer from TCS for a position in Mexico. I would appreciate insights from those who have experience working at TCS in Mexico, particularly regarding the work culture and salary expectations for a C1 grade.

Work culture is decent, but don't expect miracles. Salary for C1 is average; don't get your hopes too high. Living in Mexico is vibrant, but professional growth is slow. Manage your expectations.
