Are there any specific eligibility criteria set for onsite work through TCS?
Can associates with 2.5+ years of experience ask for onsite?
Asking specifically for the USA.
Can the manager file a Visa with such experience?
Have joined recently thus wanted to understand about this.

Currently only C3A and above are considered for H1B.
New joiners wont get anything easily or quickly.
