After seeing this I'm sure TCS is the worst company in the world right now. And I'm glad I put in papers last month.
Even in project manager's expectations are rising like boiling lava, and when asked why they just say TCS need to show profitability.
I despise HRs, Managers, and RMG who don't understand a developer's role and keep on talking the client/management language without actually having any skills.
TCS should be identified as militant outfit not as an company.
