And how difficult or easy would it be to get a transfer, if it's there.
I'm in Pune and anyway, i sit alone here.

As of now there isn't any of offices in that location leaving you to opt for offices present in New Delhi, Gurgaon or else Noida,For the case of Transfer you need to find a project having their odc in any of the locations that is mentioned above with 2 years of min serving period if you are eligible in the conditions that I mentioned above you could easily secure a transfer to those locations..
