TCS offer letter query

I have cleared all rounds with TCS. Salary discussions completed on 10th of March and shared all my documents and acknowledged the salary breakup email as well.

Still I don’t heard back from HR yet.

How much does tcs take to release offer letter ? Do it consider or just ghosting it? I m unable to understand!!

If anyone here knows the process please comment

Oh.. it’s too long!! Will they call before releasing offer ? Because not everyone will wait for the offer this much time

You will receive a mail once offer letter is uploaded in ibegin portal.

Usually within 2 weeks you should get an offer letter

Jus wanted to switch the company !! Been in deloitte more than 5years and I could not see any learning curve and no benefits as well!

I don’t think it’s downgrade
I m not sure what’s upgrade means.

For now I have resigned without any offer in hand… and trying outside.. so expecting any one offer for now
