TCS offer letter

My friend recently got an offer from TCS.

If we reject the offer can we join TCS in future? or we can't?

Can anybody please help me with his info..

Possible but only 1% chances to join. As this requires lot of approvals for reset of your current Ibegin status. Nobody will entertain in that case.

You can but most time they won't process. Need to get approval from higher management something like special case

Even if you are fitting into this 1%, don't join. It is not the TCS as it used to be.
