TCS offer letter delay

I recently attended an interview for the Architect position, and a few days later, I received confirmation of my selection via a phone call, along with a request to upload the required documents. I completed the document submission promptly, but since then, I haven’t received any further communication.

There has been no update on the offer release, nor any clarity on whether I should continue waiting or explore other opportunities. The only response I’ve received so far is that the process is “in progress,” but it has already been over two weeks with no further developments.

While I do have other offers, TCS remains my preferred choice due to its work-life balance and organizational culture. I would really appreciate some clarity on the expected timeline — particularly for senior roles with compensation expectations above 50 LPA — so I can make an informed decision.
