TCS offer letter Delay
Attended Walk-in interview. After the TL, MR round received a documentation mail from TCS on June 26th. Asked the Hr she said approvals are pending once it's cleared will contact you and said to me don't call me if there is anything I will call you. Since then no update almost its a month.
Then recently 5 days back I called the TCS candidate requirement toll-free number and they said that hiring is currently on hold. They could not provide a timeline for when offers will be released again, So as this decision rests with higher management.
Does anybody have any idea will I get an offer letter? Should I keep hope on it???

There may or may not be a chance you'll be onboarded anytime soon. See the news about the layoffs. They may be in the middle of restructuring teams hence the pause in hiring.
Try applying in other companies if possible.
Brother hiring is on hold as TCS is going through a very rough patch and recently they announced LAYOFF so you can hope hiring will be restarts after the 2nd or 3rd Quarter. I guess...
