TCS offer letter

I have give walk in interview for ITSM role in TCS , it's been this is 3rd week, I have got call for document upload for pre bgc.

How much tcs hr take time to release the offer letter?

Hi can you share your application status and experience as I am stuck at the same Position. 10 days after interview I got a call from HR for document upload and later that evening one for salary discussion HR also shared the CTC breakup over mail and asked me to acknowledge it. It's been 10 days now I don't see any update. Can someone explain this?
