Trending @Infosys; TCS offer letter

I have a total of 4.10 years of experience as a Java developer. I joined Infosys 1.3 years ago with a package of 8.5 LPA (including 10% variable). TCS offered me 11.5 LPA, including variable. Should I join TCS or not? I haven't resigned from Infosys yet.

Stay - Infosys 8.5. (10% variable)
Switch - TCS 11.5 LPA (15% variable)
