Tcs offer letter

What happens if I accept tcs offer letter and didn’t join tcs! Will they blacklist me forever? Will I be able to join in future? Will they allow me in future interviews?

Blacklist for a few months from giving an interview. I have a colleague who rejected the TCS offer previously but joined TCS recently without any issue.

The same thing happened with me. I joined tcs with fear that they will block me forever if I don’t join. 2.5 years straight, I worked hard in projects, got appreciations from client but have hardly received good appraisal!! So my advice would be, better to go with other opportunities if they are good

U might attend interviews but at the time of releasing offer they will check your backgroud
