TCS offer letter , no joining location and date mentioned

I got offer letter from TCS and there is no mention of joining date and location for service. Also I am not very sure about their BCG check.

If anyone has any idea about their process, pls let me know.

Without joining date and location confirmation I don't want to resign from my current company.
