I think u r following in my footsteps. I have been in Accenture for 5 years, did my first switch to TCS. It's been 3 months in TCS now for me.
Here's what I will tell you, switch from Accenture asap, and another thing is even if u get 20 Fixed in TCS , DON'T JOIN.
No argument.. join any other MNC, service based, startup, or even freelance I don't care, but NO to TCS. Reason u ask: No onboarding process for joiners who came through switch, laptop allotment process takes 2 months time, project allocation another story, there's a team called RMG - resource management group, will put u in operations project even if u are a software engineer/ data analyst/ doesn't matter role to them. They are biggest idiots. No teams, outlook given in TCS. Only VDI given when u get allocated to project. 5 days compalsary wfo, or else forget your variable. I was on level 10 in Accenture when I left 3 months back, I was Data Scientist Senior Analyst, here I'm an IT analyst who is handling operations work. More reasons? Well, join and find out. Or else look elsewhere brother. I'm telling you for your sake, i would give anything to go back to the time I accepted the TCS offer letter.

Thank you for your insights. I was thinking accepting tcs offer and try to get better offer from another company. But job market is so down, I am not sure I can get another offer.
