Trending @Infosys; TCS offer as System Engineer
I got an offer from TCS for 9.5LPA with experience of 3.3 years, as a System Engineer in Grade C1 in TCS but I am a Test Analyst in Infosys(JL4), should I accept this offer just because of Package or Job level matters?

Same they also offer me grade c1 even though I'm associate consultant at Infosys. I've only 3.2 yrs of experience but they're offering good package. I've accepted the offer but now they're saying WFO mandatory every week and you need to stay min 6 hrs in office, these things are holding me bacn

JL matters but not in these kind of companies.. also you are early in career won't stop here.. so go for package. If you want to stay for very long time in a company then yes you can go for JL
