TCS offer

Hi ,

Currently I am working as a Staff Consultant in Oracle Financial Services Software, recently I got an offer from TCS with CTC 1500000₹ my current CTC is 1050000₹. Total YOE is 4+.

Is it good offer or shall I skip it? Need suggestions.

There is lot of work culture difference between OFSS and TCS... OFSS is product company and TCS is service based (assuming you are not going for TCS Bancs)... I am ex employee of TCS I liked OFSS
