My current CTC is 16.26LPA now, is this ok to join 21.5LPA from TCS…?

I got an offer from TCS, Can anyone clarify what is the expected in hand salary..?

I received the exact same offer a few days ago, the HR said on call that performance pay is fully fixed for level C2. But when asked to confirm the same on email HR rudely denied.

Can you please update on the performance payout? Did you accept the offer and were you able to receive any confirmation on email about how much of the performance pay is variable?
