TCS Not Releasing Final Year Appraisal Letter Due to Attendance Below 60%
TCS is withholding final year anniversary (FAV) appraisal letters for employees with attendance lower than 60%.
The question is will this continue for the FY25 appraisals as well???
If attendance is below 60%, will it have any issue for FY25 appraisal letter???

This is already happening. A friend who joined TCS with me didn’t receive their FAV appraisal, and HR informed them that it was due to having less than 60% attendance.
I received my appraisal and new compensation letter because my attendance was above 60%.
If they are stopping FAV appraisals for low attendance, I’m concerned that the same may apply to FY25 appraisals as well.
What is project status of you and your friends , both of you have project and how long you are working on it ?
Yes. FAV letters are on hold if you are non compliance to RTO. Also they will not be eligible for Appraisal cycle.
