Recently my brother got an offer in TCS IOT DE through on campus. Can anyone tell me what this role indicates? He is interested in development, any chance of shifting into another domain or project?

I was from IOT DE,
Their ILP Training may be in Trivandrum for 2 months, getting development project is luck based, majority are support projects

IoT DE Clients may be JLR, Ford, GM, Rolls-Royce etc
