TCS Ninja (3.5 LPA) or Hexaware Technologies (4 LPA)

i’m a 2025, CSE Graduate. i have these two offers in hand, i have to select one. need all of your opinions. your comment is very much appreciated.

Its not even 6 months complete in your final year, trust me I'm a 24 grad, give interviews till the last day of your college, prolly even after your final exams are done! If you have a 4 Lpa offer, go for a 6 lpa, after you crack 6 lpa go for a 8/10 Ipa offer. Dont stop giving interviews!

I got a 6 Ipa offer in December last year, and if i hadn't stopped giving interviews, i would have gotten 12 or higher!

Also, TCS joining is always delayed and never confirmed

Hexaware also hires for 6LPA in tier2 collages, check with HR. I got that offer but dropped as I cracked wipro’s TURBO 6.5 LPA (which turnout to be delayed and eventually turned into 3.5LPA after 2 years). Still go for hexaware
