TCS New RTO Policy -QVA

The new policy states that 85% for a full QVA .. So For April -22, May -22, June -20 it is having a total of 64 days .. 85% of 64 is 55 days around..

So can can skip 8 to 9 days to office ??

Also what if if we take some days leave ,will it be counted as well in 55 ?
