TCS needs visionary leadership but what they are getting are just service slaves

I don't need to say anything about it. Example : Rajesh Gopinathan a visionary CEO TCS was in profit even during Covid.

K, Krithivasan a service slave just knows getting his paycheck and made decisions that made TCS loose business and TCS lost the profits.

Reasons :

Less Availability (WFO) - Clients frustrated
Unempathetic HR & Manager: Most people left TCS because they were asked to report to very inconvenient location.
Lack of trust in leadership : TCS employees lost trust among their leadership.
Irregular Hikes: In same organization one is getting hike other on hold for no reason at all.
Less Opportunities: Orthodox method of taking work from skilled people. They just focus on small benefits don't care about their skillsets.
