TCS needs a revolt

companies like Accenture identify resources to be terminated based on performance, which also feels a fair assessment most of the time since the leads and managers participate in discussions representing every single team member of theirs. Whereas in TCS, it’s a complete black box. Management is so lazy and outdated that they don’t need to connect to leads of their team seeking performance input of each individual. There is no comparative discussion, no identifying of non-performer. Everything works like an under the table bribe, nothing is exposed. And what’s used as parameter for employee termination is higher salary package, bench period, relation with managers, time spent in office! Sounds more and more like a joke than an actual functional organisation. Why don’t the board of directors just get away with all oldies managers >50 years of age and bring new energy and thought process in leadership instead of using stupid reasons to cut cost. How are non performing leadership surviving even after making fool of themselves at national level
