No more Employee Friendly, current management will sit on top of your head to check if you're visiting office, maintaining working hours, following protocols and policies, even dressing up like school kid. After complying to all of this, yet they will choose to cut your Variable pays. Stuff has gone downhill now that they are embracing force termination by ghosting employees and snatching their accesses!
You forgot about up skilling like cloud and AI, and Contextual Master and certifications like Elevate, without any real time opportunity to work on them.

Exactly current CEO couldn’t handle anything. Everything will be employee side. he needs to check all upper management level.
Honestly, at this point, most companies are more or less in the same boat. There’s no point wasting time blaming the CEO, manager, or calling every place toxic. You keep switching jobs, get your hikes, chill for a while — but the core issues are everywhere. Better to focus on your own growth and peace of mind rather than expecting some perfect organization.
Your growth is not in your hands; it’s a combination of many variables. Office politics, MFA of leader and what not. If you are really lucky, you may get it the way and the time when you want.
I totally understand but in my perspective i think they are more focued on torturing employees on petty things rather than growth and handling crisis and i am sure current leadership is not able to handle the crisis they are at such a high position for a reason, i understand its a bulk recruiter but so are other companies and a leadership really means a lot it can change everything we have witnessed it on many other things like change in leadership of a country or an organisation has a lot of impact.
