TCS name in resume not looks good

Do you think companies try to exploit the candidates and give them irrelevant job profiles and roles and low ball in salary discussion when they see TCS as a current organization? It's been happening a lot for me.

I think it impact some what bcoz I am also facing the same issue. One more reason may be is most of the tcs employees are not getting relevant work regarding their skills so they are not able to perform upto the mark due to skill gap and after they get selected companies try to low ball them saying we are giving u opportunity which u didn't get in tcs and they can feel the desperation in employees eyes to get out of tcs at any cost so they low ball bcoz they know most will accept offer since they want to go out.
