Recently I got offer from TCS. Anyone worked on TCS could you please help me to understand what is the difference between monthly performance pay and monthly bonus.
Do tcs pay these amount? How much %?
My job level C3B.

There is 2 things Monthly Performance Bonus and Quarterly Performance Bonus.
If you are allocated to project, then you will get 100% monthly performance bonus. QPB is dependent on account performance and it is decided by company how much to pay
From last 2 years, QPB is not paid fully. It got reduced on every quarter. Last quarter we only got 25%.
